It’s means that you violated the ToS of the casino in most cases or you’re temporary blocked due to KYC verification needed to complete first before you can withdraw.
This casino is still new but they are very active on dealing with issue. I’m sure representatives can give a further explanation on the full extent of your account status.
I only give the most common reason on why your account got blocked withdrawal.
It will become clearer after we have an official reply from the casino representative but this short information on the account restriction does not sound good.
Usually casinos don't arbitrarily take this serious action against customer accounts and if their company is legit (not scam), they would have collected enough clear evidence of several suspicious activities from that account so that they felt enough to determinantly restrict that account.
This user will need to be patient and wait for further reply from the casino either in this announcement thread or support ticket (perhaps via email).
