For a blocked account, hope he/she can access this information... And btw the extra information you asking from the player could mean you pushing for a scam accusation 

I think acknowledgement or reply of BetHog to the player does show this account is there, that money is there and not just some bluff or troll as you put it... But what will determine the course of this matter is what rules were broken and if a second chance is an option.
