I didn't get any error, but the website has been loading for the last five minutes for me, and it hasn't fully loaded yet. So, I guess it's not only you, but for some specific region. I am saying this based on your edited part. If location changing makes the website load faster, then there is something wrong. I have been writing this post for a few minutes now, meanwhile, it's still loading. I tried to refresh the page, and it's stuck now. I think they should work on it.
