I found this casino on Bitcointalk and tried it. Then now I have problem with them and after search on Casino Guru I see a lot of cases "money frozen for 2-3-4 weeks". If it's not scam... I hope they will pay at least after month.
They are not scammers which other posters have already mentioned, but they aren't the best when it comes to resolving complaints quickly which is why their reputation took a hit recently.
If you didn't do anything wrong, you will 100% get your money though it could take months which is why you probably need to strap in for a long ride.
I haven't played at this casino recently, but what you are saying is hard to justify for a casino to be called trusted or even close to it. You mean that if someone's money is stuck and a case is being raised, it can take months just to recover the money even when the person asking for his money is on justice

Why would they process the complaints so late when the first criteria for determining whether any service is legit or not is the response time from their customer service? If they can't improve it, I am afraid people will not stay at this casino for long.
Any casino may experience the same thing like this including the one which is on your signature, not all cases can be resolved quickly as what players want because there might be some further verification need to be done by the casino which may take longer time.
Of course I have to agree that how the casino respond to complaint is important but once the casino ask players to wait, players cant do nothing except waiting.
I know waiting for unknown time can be frustrating for players (including me if I experience it) but keep on asking the casino multiple times while they have said to wait will not help the case to be solved faster.
So far we only hear from the player's point of view only, so basically we cant judge too much further about the case but I hope Shuffle will come here to clarify about the recent complaint(s) so we wont speculate too much.
