I think Arsenal have very little chance. PSG is playing better than Arsenal this year and I think PSG will make it to the final.
I think Arsenal will not be able to do anything in the second leg and will be eliminated.
PSG will focus on the Inter - Barcelona result tonight.
On paper, PSG has the advantage. The result in the first leg will increase their motivation and confidence to finish the match with a win or at least a draw.
Arsenal came to Paris looking to make a comeback from their defeat in the first leg. Partey return to the squad will make Arsenal midfield stronger, Declan Rice who was seen playing very carefully in the first leg can play All Out in the second leg.
PSG must be wary of a surprise from Arsenal because they are also very motivated to enter the final.

The advantage is on the side of PSG but do a 1:0 defeat look scary for a team like Arsenal that eliminated the Champions?. Arsenal looks all ready and prepared against PSG and honestly, a comeback is underway and if care is not taken, PSG might find it difficult to play confidently as they did in the first leg. This is the best chance for Arsenal to reach the Champions League finals but if they give it out to PSG, it might take them many years again to reach this level in the Champions League and i know that the reason they dropped in performance lately was because of the Champions League  match against Paris Saint German and we shouldn't expect anything other than a retaliatory win against PSG. Honestly i like PSG but i just wish to see Arsenal playing against Barcelona in the finals, it will be so captivating to watch.
The defeat Arsenal conceded against Paris Saint-Germain at Emirates Stadium is not a huge defeat because it is just a one goal difference, which is easy for Arsenal to overcome when they travel to Paris Saint-Germain's home ground in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League semi final matches, but will Arsenal be able to force Paris Saint-Germain into an extra time or penalty shootout tomorrow night? You are sounding as if you know how well Arsenal is prepared to face Paris Saint-Germain tomorrow, which could make it difficult for Paris Saint-Germain to cope against Arsenal in their own stadium, but I want you to understand that since Arsenal allowed Paris Saint-Germain to beat them at Emirates Stadium, there's no preparation Arsenal will put in place that could make Paris Saint-Germain struggle against Arsenal tomorrow.
