Unfortunately many of the projects were like that, and people realized it too late and that resulted with bad returns for many people. I do hope that everyone gets a better result, and they get great airdrops and tap to earns, but so far we haven't seen much.
Early winners, large farmers and individually lucky cases are what gets people hooked onto these games. The reality is, the majority just wasted their time farming random stupid projects. Money does not grow on trees.

Nothing in the crypto world will go on forever, there are trends and then they die, this was just another. So we shouldn't consider this to be a big deal because there will be more and we just need to find the next wave. Think of yourself as a surfer (if you chase these trends) and as a surfer, you ride a wave, then go try again and find the next wave and try again.
I'm sure that as a surfer, you have gotten very rich. Instead of investing in valuable projects, you are wasting your time tapping in stupid games. Excellent strategy, am I right?

Telegram tap tap is on a whole different level now,  around January last year when most of us knew about Not coin, there slogan back was "it could be Nothing" or "absolutely Nothing" with this most people overlooked it while others just played with it simply because it was kinda fun to just play a tap tap game on your phone and earn points that could maybe be converted to real money overtime. Some people took it seriously while others said it was a waste of time. Same period came Tap swap and some other few. After Notcoin was launched and people made real money from, that paved a way many people onboard the Telegram app and started taking other projects seriously but more than 95% were pure dust for the ones that listed.
That's what I am talking about, this is not any different from those looking for the next Bitcoin and failing to invest in it. Meanwhile they are down on almost all their future Bitcoins, when they could have simply bought Bitcoin. It is the same with these games, one success story looks the inexperienced into a chase that is going nowhere except failure.
