If this were real, then I would say it would be a modern system where if a person gets tired of traveling, there would be slot machines at bus stops, zoos, shopping malls, and roadside rest areas, and people would use them for entertainment and to pass the time. If ATM machines can be installed at street corners, then why can't slot machines, dice, and roulette be installed? Of course, this is similar to the installation of ATM machines. Although this is possible in developed countries of the world, it is not possible in an anti-gambling country like my country.
