Let’s say they’re right on the edge of the Star Trek era. How are they gonna navigate through ‘hyperspace,’ ‘fold space,’ or that ‘quantum vacuum’ stuff? I mean, calculating the coordinates seems impossible—unless they’ve got that ‘spice’ and navigators like in Dune. You’d basically need the baddest (most powerful) processor in the whole galaxy just to pull it off.
