Damn. Duelbits keeps falling due to their own stupidity. They are once one of the best crypto gambling sites out there which is why it sucks to see them screw themselves in this manner for reasons that only they are aware of.
At the moment, I advise gamblers to avoid this site since there are far more reliable and trustworthy alternatives out there. Shame!
For what really happen recently plus we could add up that latest incident it seems there's really a problem starting to build up now on Duelbits.
Its really bad to see that a reputable casino would encounter this kind of issue. They really need to fix those issues since if they let it exist and don't do anything then I guess this will add on the disappointment of people especially those who follow their past cases like exclusion of their competitive tournaments joiner and now that issue been pointed out by @kalexsuao. I guess your suggestion to avoid them is better thing to do now while they are not solving those issues.
