More and more restrictions and limits and all things to make you yourself harder to use your own money but banks use your money to make profit you get nothing of this and top on that you Pay them fees.

It's like they gamble with your money and you even pay the. Fees for that.

Banks, imagine you have friend who is gambler you give him to hold money and you pay him fee to hold lol too.

though banks may gamble with customers money or invest in something with customers money, to generate money for themselves to enable them pay their staffs, so those fees you pay are the money banks use to pay their staffs, that why you should ask yourself is this question, how does Banks generate money to pay their staffs?

Banks generate money through services fees, like transactions, account maintenance and wire transfers, they deducted all this service fees from customers accounts in other to pays there staffs

Banks also generate money from loans and investments to enable them pay their staffs, that is to tell you that customers money in the bank are use by the bank to run investments to generate money so after they have made profits they distribute little amount to customers accounts as interest.

U just hitted the nail on the head! @joy-maker . These service fees are a little quoter you pay bank for the services they render... As for using customers money for business, it does not stop or will not stop you from getting your money.. Will it?
Then consider all that the bank is actually doing for customers. Money in the bank can only be the digit that is not in use! Since it's no longer an intellectual move to keep saving and saving all year and years to come without putting the money to work( as in to making more money). As in saving from work start to work end( retirement) is an obvious carelessness nowadays!! AT LEAST TAKE ONE RISK OR THE OTHER!!

Not to forget, it's obvious how customers interest are not usually fully or satisfactorily protected in some countries where their government are always questionable. Where it can even be the government and bank hanky panky to overcharge the customers. Countries where consumers will be charged wrongly and can't get back their cash!

Bank service fees is not so much (and should not be) as to mean foolish for keeping money in the bank. It is just useless to keep keeping fund in the bank without trying to put this money to work (or part of it) in one way or another.
As for the businesses bank does with money in the bank. How is it a problem when you will get exactly what you deposit with only a cut of a negligible service fees which corresponds to the services they have so rendered at least acceptable charges. Not overcharged or undue charges as can be in some countries where the government are usually questionable and the people faithlessly hopeless on their government.
