You seem to be sure of what is going to happen, and I can't blame you for that, some antecedents and patterns will always be key factors for certain predictions.
It is easy to guess what can happen by looking into the past history. However, we may see another decision from Duelbits team if the user still manages to stay in profit by participating in the tournaments. They will change the rules and remove the restrictions from old participants.
Too bad it happens again after they relaunched the original tournament, exactly a day after the original tournament ended, someone post a complaint that he gets banned and not being paid as the 1st winner.
I hoped it wont happen as what I said before but unfortunately it continues to happen, if it is real that the banned player did something against the t&c of tournament, it should be clear which terms violated by the banned user.
People will always speculate the reason of the ban, too many cases like this wont be good for duelbits obviously because they lose their players and they may lose potential players as well because of something that they do not want to confirm.
