Have you fixed this from your end? I think it's your backend issues, and you need to fix it for all users. When you have a lot of users and encounter such issues not getting pot amounts, then you will be tired of fixing them manually. I will prefer to audit your backend codes and fix the error. So you will have less pressure to check one by one.
