Regarding the harvesting of data, this is something people have to be aware of. When they send their private information to exchanges (and casinos), they have no idea what will happen to their data. Trusting any third-party is a difficult task especially when you know you are handing over private information to a company accused of selective scamming.
I can't speak for anyone else but I did indeed get scammed by FixedFloat (through Trocador) for a bit more than 0.06
