Once ethereum pectra upgrade is done, maybe that will be another bump for it to be chosen by most projects that are into smart contracts and looking for attention. But currently, I don't like TON anymore. I was optimistic about it last year but not today, not anymore. The others that I've seen that are probably good and with strong communities are also the same as you OP which includes SOL and then, I think also SUI and BNB.
