He's a bishop and it's clear that he's a man of God based on how people look at him.
A Bishop is a job title, that does not necessarily make him a man of God. The way that people look at him is also not really important, otherwise many cults have man men of God.

The self acclaimed prophet is just a mere gambler like you and I and such predictions have nothing to do with spirits or time traveling. This is not the first time we are seeing something like that from mostly African supposed spiritual leaders and they are famous for failing and never tendering apologies. I pity the gullible followers who would have gone ahead to bet according to this prediction in solidarity with their spiritual leader. After the first leg, I knew that the match would not be an easy one so I stayed out of betting on winnings.
You'd be surprised at how much of these things actually also pass in the western world. Sadly a lot of things are being abused in many spheres, including gambling. People enable frauds like this guy to exist.
