No Champions League trophy; No Carabao Cup; No Europa Cup; No Premier League trophy; Arsenal are going to another season without a trophy. This is not the result I expected, even if Arsenal were not going to win the Champions League I thought they would at least make it to the finals.
We all feel disappointed for them for sure but at least they got a certificate of participation according to some memes flying around social media. This was their golden opportunity of reaching the finals and possibly winning the champions league but some of their supporters are expressing happiness that PSG defeated honorably to avoid an embarrassing defeat which they assume Inter Milan would have given them at the finals. Even though I don't share this line of thought, but it would have been very difficult for Arsenal to face Inter Milan considering the fire power of the Italian side this year. I don't just know what to expect from Arsenal anymore.
