Haha. I don't think it's fair to say all wars are bankers wars, as there are just some genuine conflicts that arise over disputes for whatever reason, but money is always needed to fight them as those guns and bombs aren't going to pay for themselves. That doesn't neccesarily mean bankers come into play though, but there's lots of independent warlords and arms dealers who are set to profit off conflict.
