@Hatchy, were there any sort of delay from your end after the Buyer had paid you? Maybe you forgot to confirm the payment ASAP and the time elapsed and the buyer may have reported you for late confirmation and upload details of payment?
Nope, nothing of such. Immediately I received the alert on my mobile app, I went straight to confirm payment and upping return it was sent without any confirmation from me that I have seen the money... I guess not only my experienced same issue, I_Anime, also said same happened to him. I want having time that day, I would have contacted their customer service for clarification.
