My last push up report here was in January, which means it's been about 3 months since I submitted my push up report. This is because I have a lot of activities, one of which is because I have a baby now. So I personally dedicate a lot of my time to my newborn child, to the point that I don't have much time to do push ups or other sports in the past 3 months. But now my child is quite big and I can have a little free time to do push ups again. And after 3 months of not being consistent in doing push ups, my endurance has decreased a little. Because the past 4 months I could do 250 push ups, but now I can only do 200 push ups, and that's really tiring. So hopefully after this I can continue to be consistent in doing push ups.

Congrats on your newborn. Coming back after a long break is tough. Don't push your muscles too hard. You don't want to get injured and end up taking an even longer break. As your body gets used to it again, it'll gradually return to its old rhythm.

We are back over 100k again! As I promised, I'm increasing my daily push-up count too. I'm going up to 200 push-ups a day. This time, instead of 25 reps I'm doing 20 reps over 10 sets.
