Sorry to hear that. It looks like chips account is offline for about a month or so, so your best bet would be to try to contact them through their support channel or make noise on social media. You can probably try to contact the campaign manager since they're running a campaign on this forum to help you escalate the issue. Some people did that in the past, and their issues got resolved, although I doubt they'll reverse the decision if they find violations.
