Liverpool have nothing to lose in that game they are already champions of the season so it is normal that the Manager will want to give minutes to some of their youth players and send team players to play while they rest their key players. Chelsea had a good advantage in this regard going into that game so they had ton win because they had more to play for.
I think that Liverpool will definitely not give Arsenal the satisfaction of winning on Anfield and will try to humiliate them further by betting them in the last match between them his season, so we wont see youth player or rotation player.
