So here is the thing, I got some partial profits from the BTC current upward movement and now i have transferred those USDT in my unstoppable wallet. The reason is that i feel it is the best wallet to store altcoins including stable coins. (better than the popular one, Trust wallet). Now i need your guidance on how to further protect the wallet so funds are safe at Unstoppable.

Making different wallets and splitting the funds between them would help ? (as every new wallet have a separate seed phrase).

Can we have a customized seed phrases too as i have some BTC still in my electrum wallet where there is the option of extending the seed phrases.
