Even when it looks like that they try only to make money from young good players , how should they afford the salary of all of them if they would stay in Dortmund.
When all the players would be still in Dortmund that they got i guess they would be already Insolvent and bankrupt.
Teams like Leverkusen, Leipzig and Dortmund are challenging Bayern Munich.
Hopefully, the Bundesliga will become more competitive next season.
In my opinion the last 2 years the German League is already more competitive as it was in the years before.
