The problem seems to be that I changed my password, then added a new withdrawal address. There is a 24 hour hold on new addresses created after a password change, so I expect to see my BTC going where it's supposed to be going after the 24 hrs have passed

I must add I found the 2FA a pain. 2 different authentication apps that I attempted to use offered me a 3 day free trial and my credit card number flashed up so I hope I'm not signed up for these as I can't see anywhere to unsubscribe.

Yes, it's an annoying measure, but it can help with security. If someone steals your account and changes the password, you have 24 hours to let Kraken know
But about this 2FA, be careful, you can use free apps without having to enter anything, not even a credit card
There's Google's Authenticator, and Authy, which is the one I'm using at the moment, both of which are good and serve me well
