What makes you think that you will get rid of it by deleting the posts from your thread instead of explaining the situation? If you are fair, no one could harm your business. Self-moderation feature could be used against the spammers. But it should not be used to delete comments in bulk. You have misused the feature, and you have to face the consequences now. You should follow what LoyceV said, and for forgiveness, and then request them to remove their feedback.
