Another thing when i create a new wallet why it is saying "recommended" on the 12-word passphrase? Isn't the 24-word passphrase is more secure and shouldn't they recommend that 
or it is better to to create 12 words recovery phrase along with an extended passphrase?

Even though a 12-word seed phrase provides 128 bits of entropy [as opposed to 256 bits on a 24-word seed phrase], it provides sufficient security in the real world [it's like adding a bullet-proof window to a car that already has a bullet-proof window (little to no differences)]. The recommended label is probably due to the fact that it's easier to properly back it up without messing up the order [a 12-word seed phrase with a passphrase is more than enough]. or it is better to to create 12 words recovery phrase along with an extended passphrase?https://i.ibb.co/Vczv0gWg/passphrase.jpg
