I’ve asked for updates, escalation, and even a reason for the delay, but all I get is that it’s "being reviewed" or that it will be processed "soon." I'm not sure what’s causing the holdup since I’ve previously withdrawn without issue, and my account is in good standing.
If any BC.Game representatives are reading this, I’d appreciate a serious look into my case. I’m also posting this in the hopes that others who may be facing similar issues can share their experiences or advice.

You already mentioned the answer to your question. You’re account is being reviewed the reason for the review is probably potential violation to ToS or there’s something suspicious on your betting history.
The review process is usually slow while seeking help of representative here might help or mot depending on the intensity of your case.
