I'm pretty sure many people have done this since long ago when NFT was hype, people are generating image from AI and doing a minting phase.
The problem here is, when so many people do that, it become generic and it will be valued really low sometime don't have value at all.
AI generated NFT can also be implicated with copyright because it's still unclear.
Therefore I don't think it will succeed
