Inter did not sacrifice Serie A for the UCL. They were not good enough to win both trophies. Napoli deserve to win the scudetto on performances not because Inter presented it.
Agree. I guess it's a difference in what the word "sacrifice" means to people. IIRC, Inter did rotate some players, but I don't think they want to let the league go that easily. So yeah, they want to take a risk but failed because their bench isn't good enough for that.
For neutrals, it is quite exciting to watch because the competition is tight. Hopefully, next season we'll see a similar title race too.
