Hi, sorry that I forgot to give you a follow up. Razer's reply is basically --summarized-- if you've escalate to compliance, it'll better to wait for them to handle it. So far though, there is no case with your email address being escalated to Razer, that means either the compliance are yet to get a hand into your case or they're able to sort the thing themselves that they don't need Razer to intervene.

No, I imagine that'll confuses them and make things worse, as you'll raise multiple complaints to compliance.

I'm about to jump off of a very high cliff, namely nudging Razer although he already told me that it is not needed when players already escalate to compliance, and risk irritating him and make him blocking me from reaching him through direct means of contact, to ask him the status of two cases that's been a while and both are yet to hear from Rollbit.

I was waiting for the second player's email address so I can bring both to Razer's plate simultaneously to minimize the chance of annoying him by nudging him two days in a row, and I've just got the PM with email address in question. I believe I've also already have your email, somewhere in my PM [I'm fully committed  when I said I will not abuse that private info when people gave it to me, I'll just relay the info and erase it from my memory, not even who send me whose email for what case is stored in my brain] I'll bring the three of you altogether.
