Do you have 2FA enabled ? If yes, you don't receive an email for the withdrawals they hope that if you use 2fa nobody can withdraw your money if you don't give a 2fa timing code....

Yes, i use 2FA. The code send via phone, but still need to active withdrawal link via email. And i got no email from their system. That means, i couldnt withdraw Sad

Ok, well i didn't understand that the system continue to ask you for a confirmation email, in my account with 2fa enabled no more email confirmation.

Better to rise a ticket in support site.
