Honestly I have taking some time to go across this our board and I have actually seen some posts wey make sense but did not receive any merit.
Let's be honest if person take out time to make good post and the post actually make sense it can serve as an encouragement to that person if they get at least a merit as a sign of recognition.
This our local board will really grow high if Nigerian see that their post made here gets recognition.

Should we advocate for more merit source? Yes we should, our local board members don apply for merit source and Dem still dey wait for approval, quality posts full this board but e no dey receive merit and e dey very discouraging, I don see newbies wey dey try Wella and Dem suppose don rank up now but nothing come out. @Igebotz don try for us and I hope say others wey don apply for this merit source position go help us grow as the merit source wey we get now dey do, even CBB too don try but we need more merit source.
