We need more merit sources. I understand that it doesn't happen automatically because Charles-Tim, Mia-Choel, SmartGold had applied. I think someone like Charles should visit his application again which he dropped last year or so.

On the other hand, everyone should be patient. It will come but while we are waiting, we should strive to make the local board on of the best and shouldn't forget to continue to be good representatives of the local board because in my estimation, it is part of the things that is considered before our request is granted.
