It seems like the issue was quickly handled if I'm not misunderstanding theymos' post - but I haven't tested it directly especially for users with alias. After this one - I guess I need to test it, but somehow this kind of issue never occurred to me when adding users to the ignore list. As far as I can remember - none of the users on my ignore list have messaged me since they were on the list, but for some reason maybe OP can be concerned.
