What if he trade position or division with patikno, he doesn't need to pay the extra buy-in fee right ? seems like a loop hole, If I was in division 4 or showed my interest for division then I could just do a team trade/swap the other just need to have my team in the other division to avoid the BSFL FFP sanction, or maybe I'm missing something 
In a swap deal, both teams pay the double fee.
In this case, another team will pay double fee for Division 3, the transfer market is still open

B1g4udge and myself are the only 2 people that can win both pairs, we have the same pick, and I already hit the higher odds - and nobody can overtake me even with the correct pick in the BSFL Cup.
