Guys… 5 months passed… Where are WOFs?

The problem with WOF spins started more than a year ago.
I created
this topic around a year ago and the support is still irresponsive to the complaints. We still don't know why TheQuin and wetsuit are silent. The winner of round 11 of lambo lottery has not been announced yet and I haven't received my missing WOF spins yet. There are also many reports complaining about withdrawals taking so long time to be processed.
My first email was 8 months before that, so in summ it is 13 months I first pointed a problem to support
