I found this casino on Bitcointalk and tried it. Then now I have problem with them and after search on Casino Guru I see a lot of cases "money frozen for 2-3-4 weeks". If it's not scam... I hope they will pay at least after month.
They are not scammers which other posters have already mentioned,
but they aren't the best when it comes to resolving complaints quickly which is why their reputation took a hit recently.

It shouldn't be taken lightly if a casino wants to improve their service and increase the growth of their users. I believe the owners/admins are completely aware of the situation
If you didn't do anything wrong, you will 100% get your money though it could take months which is why you probably need to strap in for a long ride.
It would probably depend on the issue. There's probably a surge in multi-accounting. I saw a post in Rollbit's topic with a user having the same problem as some users in Shuffle.
