I think this is common at bc.game because they often ban accounts when players get big wins. People who actively play in bc must know this. One of the best ways is open case in casinoguru and trustpilots, on this forum also
I do not think that is the case now, OP was not banned from the casino but a possible delay in withdrawal which they had replied to him that it would be processed. Maybe they are doing some check or something that is important or caught their attention. OP should just be patient with them while the process the withdrawal and already a reputable member volunteered to help OP reach out to the team to further fast track his case to resolving it.
I'm sure it's only a matter of time until OP's account gets banned from bc. Unless this case gets bc's attention, since not many players use this forum to complain.

I don't think a big win is a reason to close a user account, the problem is when the users abuse the casino to win big, i have seen some users creating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus and after the win is when they get banned and start complaining. If a user break the rules the casino is in their right to block the account, and users must understand this rule, when a user deposit on the casino the money now belongs to the casino and not to the user.
lol.. That "risk" case is happening a lot in bc, so they got a lawsuit in curacao. I don't need to explain much, I'm active in bc.game and if all account owners who were unilaterally banned by bc.game made a complaint in this forum, surely this forum will be full of such complaints
