I agree with you. This is a general response, and it lacks any detailed information demonstrating the OP's violation of the Terms of Service. After all the criticism they've received here, they should have provided this detailed information, not hidden it under the pretext of sensitive information.
Another point to make here: Why was the withdrawal request rejected after only 30 seconds, as the OP stated? Were they able to review his account and discover the violation within 30 seconds? If they had discovered the violation beforehand, why didn't they suspend the account before submitting the withdrawal request?
