Is it really working warning people to be responsible gamblers?
It work for people who wanted to learn from their experience and wanted to continue their gambling activities but do not want to get hooked on gambling and suffer losses that they can't afford. But if the person is stubborn and is full of arrogance, I doubt any kind of warning or advice will go through this person.
Are there members on here that have a change of heart because of the advices from other gamblers on here that they should risk not more than they can afford to lose when gambling..
I feel it's a waste of time and energy warning people about what damages gambling can introduce to one's life.
I think there are members who come to understand the importance of responsible gambling. Those who dedicate themselves in sharing their thought and knowledge about responsible gambling will never get tired. Somewhere somehow, I believe that there are people who need this advice/warning.
Is it that hard to accept that gambling is best accepted as a means of having fun than a means of making money.
People have a different point of view, just because I gamble for money does not mean you also gamble for money. Who knows what is running on your mind, it is only you who will know your thought unless you speak them. And if we respect the point of view of people, there should not be problem accepting them whether they gamble for fun or for profit so we don't have to make a big issue about it.
