Everyone's circumstances are different, sometimes those who work hard forgetting time and health work not because of greed but because the circumstances force them to work hard to support their families or their own lives. I have been in a situation like this, that's why I said there are people who work without caring about time and health just for money to survive.
Sometimes there are people who live in such a compulsion, working on holidays is not everyone's desire but some people are forced to do it because of the demands of finding money to survive.
Honestly, I have also been in that phase but behind it all we have a plan not to do that anymore because dividing time for rest and also vacationing with family is also a very important thing in life but it must be in economic stability so that there is a reference to be able to make a plan so that finances are stable so that you don't have to work on holidays, and I'm sure if that is done consistently then someone will be able to get out of the need to work on holidays.
Sometimes there are types of jobs that require someone to work on holidays at certain periods, so not all of them are due to the need to survive or want to earn more income. Indeed, what is most often seen are those who work to survive, who must be willing to sacrifice their time with their families in order to get a salary that will be used to meet daily needs.
Some lucky ones will be able to get out of this cycle, but most people from the lower middle class will find it very difficult to reach a point of financial security. In my opinion, this reality occurs in almost many countries, so it is no longer surprising. Everyone wants an ideal and balanced life, but sometimes not everyone can be lucky even though they have worked hard.
To me any work that requires you to be working during even weekends is one job that you are doing under the want of financial pressure because you are supposed to rest at the course of your work in a dream so I don't think that it's in the nature of any work to make it compulsory for any one to be working even during the weekend.
Every job has it rules and regulations that you will sign an undertaking before you resume work and if you are not comfortable working during weekends you will reject it so anyone doing a job that involves working during weekends is doing so for the sake of financial pressure
