Not my internet nor my pc, and the only site i experience this sort of thing on. As you can see, it is literally unplayable. If this is by design, and the rapidly fluctuating multiplier makes it appear as choppy as hell, i'd be genuinely surprised. Its too much for the eyes to focus on.
I have watched the video, and it is normal there. BetHog team has designed the game in that way. The game is playable, but you will fail to cashout on a desired multiplier if you try to do it manually. So, the best option would be to set a targeted cashout point. Otherwise, the result of the game will make you disappointed most of the time as it fluctuates.
