One of the problem PSG had with stars like Mbappe and Neymar is that they were somewhat bigger than that manager and they put their egos ahead of the team. That said, when you watch PSG play now, what you see is a team and not individual egos, it turns out it was a good decision that Mbappe, Neymar and Messi left and the hierarchy at the club changed their transfer policy to homegrown players, they are doing better now and they will achieve more success going forward.
