This is a serious challenge Xabi Alonso will forget all the intelligence he has.
Xabi Alonso not only coaches like a club but Xabi also coaches demands with a high level of prestige.
We just wish Xabi Alonso success at the Santiago Bernabeu. At least he can still be and deserves to be considered an intelligent person.
One thing I find interesting in the coming of Xabi Alonso to Real Madrid is the fact that he will put much of the players in place. This set of Real Madrid players have enjoyed way far too pampering by Ancelloti and needed a modern manager to put them at place, although Xabi Alonso is so much friendly he has this toughness in him that can put some of this top players into position. Also he is tactically at the moment better in my opinion than Ancelloti and that’s something the club needs now
Xabi Alonso is a modern football player, and for sure he will try to use something new at Real Madrid because currently Real Madrid no longer has an old player like Ronaldo, Bale, Kroos etc. So he will use new tactics like quick build up or forward run rather than crosses or long ball because currently no players have the capacity to distribute good crosses or long balls.
Thus far when Xabi Alonso uses new tactics he will definitely give a chance to young players. While Angelotti preferred only experienced players because his tactics were slow build-up along with quick counter attack and only experienced players can worked in it, but unfortunately same tactics don't work everytime, and that's why he flopped this season. Despite Xabi Alonso being a smart coach, he will definitely follow new strategy with new player which can definitely give Real Madrid a better feeling for the next season.
