No quantum pc's are not the method needed to crack sha-256
Think of a magic lucky charm that gives you the luck to pick a seed from the set of seeds available.

From Morning with your generator I generated about 50 phrased just for the curiosity
and then I check their RECORD HISTORY and what I observed that's there is not even a single Transaction on these wallet
And somehow at a time I get the same Phrase again at that site
So maybe there is some hard-coded value of phrase in that website that's generating randomly according to my observation
You are correct , somehow I wonder how they generated so perfectly
that even no one can guess them - that's like a seriously wow in term of security all these public key private asymmetric is really fascinating I must say
