You are right, most people developed themselves over the years before starting up an investment. The most important requirement for starting an investment is money and Most times the capital needed is usually huge but it all depends on the type of business you want to start. You can't just get this money easily, some people make money accumulatively with the skill that they are good at
In my own view, money is not the most important resource in business.  Many businesses have crumbled not because of a lack of finance but because of poor management.  Knowledge and skills about the venture are more important than financial resources.  One can easily access funds, but Knowledge and skills take lots of time and hard work.

But you are correct. Some people don't have access to money even when they have acquired the needed skills and expertise. Such people have to work hard for a long time to enable them to save enough funds that will enable them to establish the business.  However, I usually advise people not to wait until they have all they need before they start a business. They can start small with what is available.  If they are hardworking,  the business would grow and expand.
