Well, if that is the case, why not have someone come out, an official representative here and tell us what were the issues and how they are tackling it ? Problems and issues do come but if the team is sincere in resolving it, they should communicate. Silently correcting everything from backend is also good but it take time to realize that to the general public. Right now it seems that we have some good days at FreeBitco where we are getting WOF spins and easy withdrawals and we don't know when all of a sudden it will stop again Huh

You are right, it's very unfortunate really because this is something a lot of use have talked about over and again on this thread, we need a team member of the casino to come out and communicate with their community, the community needs to know alot, like what initially happened that lead to the several issues that befell the casino and lingered on for over one year now, and how they tackling the issues to make sure they are resolved and customers enjoy the casino again, and also what plans they have in store for the future.

This is exactly being transparent with or to the community and this is what builds trust and commitment in users.

I am sincerely happy for the improvement we have seen in the area of withdrawal, this is very good and I hope the fix stays permanent or gets even better.
And another thing they must work on now, like I've said before, is communication.
