Electrum 2FA wallet is actually a 2 of 3 multi-signature wallet.
That means that each of your addresses are generated by three master public keys and you will need two of master keys for spending fund from any of your addresses.

Since you have a HD wallet in electrum with so many addresses, you deal with master private keys and master public keys.
Youe master private key generates your private keys and your master public key generates your public keys.

If you have the seed phrase of your 2FA wallet, you actually have all master public keys and two of master private keys and you can disable 2FA.
