What does two master keys mean?
Do you have the seed phrase of your 2FA wallet?
Electrum displayed that when you generated your 2FA wallet. I hope you have saved that somewhere.

If you have the seed phrase of your 2FA wallet, you can disable 2FA.
As mentioned above by Charles-Tim, you need two of master private keys to sign any transaction from your wallet and I would like to add that your seed phrase can generate all master public keys and two of master private keys.
Therefore, your seed phrase is all you need to disable 2FA and you don't need to enter your master keys anywhere.
