Some might see Xabi Alonso as incapable to manage Real Madrid team because of his inexperience but I don't think so, I see a young coach with a bright future that can achieve a lot in football. Real Madrid might be a big a team but it doesn't mean they are too big for him to handle.
He have led Leverkusen to finals in a few years spent and had turned the team to a very solid team in the Bundesliga, if he can do that to Leverkusen with average players imagine what he'd do with Real Madrid full of stars. I don't doubt him at all, I am sure he can transform the team back to winning ways.
That’s what a lot of people’s are thinking the Xabi Alonso, and it’s not his incapable of managing the Real Madrid. Because it has handled a team that is better then Real Madrid so in this case u don’t think the issue is from the Xabi Alonso even the entire teams alone have their problems; is just that the fans and others people putting every blamed on the their coach. We all know that as a coach his has try to trying his possible best transform a team to a better form, but all the players have to contributes their efforts to the team so that a team can improve better.
